Mother’s Day Hand building Workshop

This special 1.5-hour workshop is a gentle introduction to working with clay, designed to celebrate connection and creativity. You are welcome to join with your mum, daughter, or come on your own to create a piece for someone special. In this beginner-friendly session, you will use handbuilding techniques to shape a small ceramic piece of your choice. You will work with approximately 350 grams of clay, with guidance from our teacher throughout the process. This workshop is designed as a taster experience, allowing you to explore clay in a relaxed and supportive environment. No previous experience is needed. The session includes clay, tools, materials, guidance, and the finishing of one selected piece. After the workshop, your piece will be glazed with a transparent studio glaze and fired in the kiln. Your finished work will be ready for pickup in the studio in approximately 4 weeks. Food and drinks are not included.
