A mindful painting experience on pre-made ceramic pieces!
Service Description
In this workshop, you will paint on a selection of pre-made (bisque-fired) ceramic pieces using underglaze colours. This means you will not be shaping clay from scratch, but instead focusing fully on surface decoration, colour, and creative expression. You will be able to choose from a curated selection of bisqued items and explore your own style—whether that is playful, minimal, detailed, or expressive. We will guide you through the process and techniques, while leaving space for your creativity to unfold. The session includes your chosen bisque piece, use of underglaze paints, tools, guidance from the teacher, and the full finishing process. After the workshop, your piece will be coated with a transparent glaze and fired in the kiln. Your finished work will be ready for pickup at the studio in approximately 2 weeks. This workshop is perfect if you would like a calm, creative moment focused on painting and decoration, rather than working with raw clay.
