Service Description
Includes usage of tools and facilities anytime during the studio opening hours. Clay, glazes and kiln firing are purchased separately. Before your first session a 15 min onboarding is needed to take you through the studio. Please request the time for your onboarding session through the system and we will contact you directly to discuss next steps. Experience with pottery is a precondition for booking the open studio time. Cancellation Policy applies. The validity of the hours starts from the time of the purchase.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations or rescheduling, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows cannot be rescheduled or refunded. Thank you for understanding — as a small business, this policy helps us keep our classes running smoothly for everyone.
