The Female Form: A Clay Sculpting & Wine

Service Description

Join us for a creative and inspiring evening dedicated to exploring the female form through sculpture. In this 2-hour handbuilding workshop, you will shape and sculpt your own interpretation of the female body, whether realistic, abstract, playful, or deeply personal. Working with clay offers a unique opportunity to slow down, observe, and appreciate the natural curves, textures, and individuality that make every body beautiful. No previous experience is needed—our teacher will guide you through the process step by step, helping you bring your vision to life. During the workshop, you will work with approximately 350 grams of clay and learn basic sculpting and handbuilding techniques. You are welcome to draw inspiration from examples provided in the studio or follow your own creative direction. The session includes clay, use of tools and materials, guidance from the teacher, and one glass of sparkling or still wine. At the end of the workshop, your piece to be finished by the studio. We will carefully glaze your work with a transparent glaze and fire it in the kiln. Your finished sculpture will be ready for pickup in the studio in approximately 4 weeks. Please note that ceramics is a handmade process, and small variations are part of the beauty and character of each piece. This workshop is suitable for beginners and experienced makers alike. Come on your own, bring a friend, or share the experience with someone special.
